To disseminate academic research and expert knowledge to the wider community, the Institute always encourages members to engage in knowledge transfer activities. Knowledge transfer helps the community to obtain new knowledge from the Institute, while academics and researchers are also enriched by having closer ties with the larger community. |
Knowledge transfer activities from the Institute include, but are not limited to, writing articles for publication in the mass media via both offline and online platforms; serving as key speakers in community seminars; conducting training sessions in the community; and reporting the results of public opinion polls. |
