- The statistics for midterm 1 is as follows: mean = 17.87, median = 17, SD = 6.11. If you haven't got back your midterm, please come to see me after class this Thursday (Feb 25).
- Quiz 2 will take place on Mar 10 (Thursday) in class. It will cover Section 6.1 and 6.2 of the textbook.
- Midterm 2 will take place on March 31 (Thursday), 11:30AM-12:30PM at BMS G18 (Basic Medical Science Building) It will cover materials in Section 6.1-6.6 of the textbook (except "Least square approximation and minimal solutions in 6.3, and "Conic sections" in 6.5) and Problem Sets 5-9.
- Quiz 3 will take place on April 14 (Thursday) in class. It will cover Section 6.8 of the textbook and Problem Set 10.
- The statistics for midterm 2 is as follows: mean = 21.5, median = 22, SD = 5.74. If you haven't got back your midterm, please come to see me after class this Thursday (Apr 14).
- A scanned copy of Chapter 7.1 and 7.2 on Jordan canonical form has been uploaded (password protected).
- The final exam will take place on April 28 (Thursday), 9:30-11:30am at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall (Auditorium). Please note that no notes/books/calculators are allowed in the exam.
