2. 「家校合作發展小組」部署與推行 蔡黎悅心
「家校合作」應是全校參與﹝whole school
approach﹞的事項亦是學校教育服務中不可或缺的一環,但在構思,部署和帶動「家校合作」的過程中,每每要發動全校教職員不僅是困難,簡直是不切實際,因此,在「家校合作」,人人有責的大原則下,仍要成立「家校合作發展小組」推動有關事工。與此同時,「家校合作」亦不能獨立運作,而是要跟學校其他工作小組及環節相配合,部份成員亦要參與其他組別,強化溝通和協調,以達至同步及相輔相承地培育學童。
