Job Description:
- l VC setup including Zoom Room, Teams Room, Webex, Google Meet
- l AV/IT/security related hardware and software, configuration and testing
- l Provide system administration and technical support to all PC users, including internal key users and external vendors
- l Perform Hardware & Software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- l Handle systems maintenance, Backup, system and network control
- l Provide user training to clients
- l Coordinate with IT related project and vendor coordination if needed
- l Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon requests by supervisor
