职责

Job Description:

• l   VC setup including Zoom Room, Teams Room, Webex, Google Meet
• l    AV/IT/security related hardware and software, configuration and testing
• l   Provide system administration and technical support to all PC users, including internal key users and external vendors
• l   Perform Hardware & Software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• l   Handle systems maintenance, Backup, system and network control
• l   Provide user training to clients
• l   Coordinate with IT related project and vendor coordination if needed
• l   Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon requests by supervisor
