- For whole-day course, if Storm Signal No.8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is effective at 7 a.m., the class will be cancelled.
- For evening programmes, if Storm Signal No.8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is effective at 5 p.m., the class will be cancelled.
- Participants affected by class cancellation caused by adverse weather will be informed about make-up class arrangement in due course.
