  I have been practicing Chinese calligraphy for more than 20 years and also have rich experience of preparing antithetical couplets (or Duilians). At Caltech, I volunteered to make Duilians for CaltechC parties. Here are some photos of my artwork.

  Although I am an amateur of music, my wife Heddy is a professional Erhu (Chinese two-string violin) player and instructor. She graduated from Tianjin Conservatory of Music, Tianjin, China, with a B.A. degree in Chinese Instrument Performance. Here is the link to her homepage.
