Important Notes:

1.

Graduates who have successfully submitted the reply slip and requested for admission ticket(s) will receive an auto-reply confirmation email from CUSCS. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after your registration, please contact us (Please also check your spam or junk box). Only upon receipt of the confirmation email, your registration will be regarded as successful.

Due to the capacity restriction of the Hall enforced under the pandemic, admission tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. You and your guests are required to present the campus access QR code upon entering the CUHK campus. Children under six and latecomers will not be admitted to the Hall.

You will receive a confirmation letter and admission ticket(s) by post, and a distinct temporary campus access QR code for each guest, inclusive of the one for the graduate, by email, on or before 5 November 2021. If you do not receive the above items by 9 November 2021, please contact us.

2. If graduates and/or guests have any respiratory symptoms, they should seek medical advice, stay home and avoid attending the ceremony.
   
3. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the morning, the ceremony will be cancelled. Details of the arrangements will be announced through the School website: www.cuscs.hk.
   
4. If the pandemic worsens, a VIRTUAL ceremony in an online format may be arranged instead. Please check your email for any information update.

This personal data will not be transferred to other external parties for purposes as stated above, except commissioned research consultants and agencies for marketing activities as stated above.
