Admission Tickets and Campus Access QR Codes

If you wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony and reserve admission ticket(s) for your family members and friends, you are required to complete the online registration at this website by 11:59pm, 20 October 2021. All registration must be done online. If you do not register online by the closing date, you will be regarded as not attending the Graduation Ceremony. Postal registration will not be accepted.

Admission Tickets

Each graduate is entitled to a maximum of three tickets, inclusive of the one for the graduate. Tickets are non-transferrable. Each ticket admits one person. Due to the capacity restriction of the Hall enforced under the pandemic, admission tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Children aged below six and latecomers will not be admitted to the Hall.

Campus Access QR Code

To access the CUHK campus, you and your guests must present your distinct temporary campus access QR code for the Graduation Ceremony. You and your guest might be requested to present your HKID card for validation if necessary.

After Online Registration

(1) After completing online registration, you will receive an auto-reply confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after the registration, please contact us.
(2) On or before 5 November 2021, graduates who have successfully completed online registration will receive a confirmation letter and admission ticket(s) by post, while an individual email with a distinct temporary campus access QR code will be sent to the registered email addresses of both graduates and guests. If you do not receive the above items by 9 November 2021, please contact us.
