Introduction:
Dr. Zhang has accumulated over 13 years of consulting experience and has extensive experience in Talent Assessment and Leadership Development, Top-Team Coaching, Competency Modeling, Talent System Development and Emotional Intelligence. Prior to joining Hay Group, Dr. Zhang founded the first consulting institution of executive talent evaluation and development in the Southern China, which has served many well-known domestic companies, such as HUAWEI, Midea and Sinopec, and trained thousands of talent assessors in the last decade.
Dr. Zhang is the vice president of talent exchange association of Guangzhou and the mentor of M.B.A. Program of Jinan University, where he offers insightful career supports to the M.B.A. students from Sun Yat-sen University and Jinan University.
Dr. Zhang obtained his DBA degree from Macau University in Science and Technology, MBA degree from Jinan University, and his master degree in psychology from South China Normal University. Also, he holds professional certifications including accountant, financial economist and senior talent assessor.
