黃振國教授

黄振國教授於1993年獲得香港中文大學生物化學系免疫學博士學位,其後在美國哈佛醫學院Centre for Biochemical and Biophysical Science and Medicine, Brigham and Women‘s Hospital (1994-1996) 以及哈佛醫學院馬薩諸塞州總醫院胸肺和重症監護中心(1996-1997)進行博士後研究 。返港後, 他於1997年8月至2000年6月委任為香港中文大學化學病理系博士後研究員,2000年7月任科學主任,2001年2月為副教授,2009年8月1日升為教授。分別自2010年至2013年起, 他還被任命為藥用植物應用研究國家重點實驗室(香港中文大學)副主任與中醫中藥研究所所長。

黃教授參與中文大學醫學院和理學院課程教學和大學通識教育。目前,黃教授指導六名博士研究生和一名博士後研究員。他也在香港醫院管理局威爾斯親王醫院診斷臨床化學實驗室擔任名譽科學主任(醫學)。

黃教授曾任香港免疫學會及香港流式細胞學會會長,現任香港免疫學會司庫和英國皇家生物學會院士。

(1) 利用體外,動物和臨床研究中藥(包括多糖肽和小分子)的免疫調節,抗腫瘤和抗過敏活性,最近工作包括免疫調節草本產品的開發。

(2) 闡明細胞間細胞因子/趨化因子網絡和免疫效應細胞的細胞內信號轉導,包括嗜酸性粒細胞,淋巴細胞,肥大細胞,嗜鹼性粒細胞和樹突細胞在過敏性炎症中的免疫病理機制,最近強調模式識別受體介導的先天免疫和損傷性炎症,和使用人源化和基因條件敲除小鼠的動物研究。

(3) 通過國際和部門間合作,對過敏性疾病,自身免疫性疾病,傳染病,糖尿病的免疫病理機制進行臨床研究, 最近著重於具有潛在抗炎應用的調節性細胞因子的轉化醫學。
