詠春拳基礎訓練班 |
| |
傳統中國功夫為修養身心之法，除了強身健體，更注重品格修養。「詠春拳」相傳約於三百年前由佛教女僧人五枚法師所創，以樸實無華、以弱制強、隨緣變化見稱，具備獨特的拳理心法和訓練方法，經過歷代不斷改進，由葉問宗師在香港發揚光大，現已成為全世界很多人學習的一門功夫。 詠春拳體系內容包括三套拳套，分別是小念頭、尋橋及標指，還有特別的黐手訓練，木人椿法等。 本基礎班在於教授小念頭基礎課程，也是「詠春拳」體系中最重要的訓練階段，包括套路、拳理心法、散手、單黐手及自衛術等。

陳顯釗，在香港出生、成長、工作，習武30年，早年曾學習剛柔流空手道及太極拳，後習葉問系詠春拳。曾從事長者服務工作20年，現為全職詠春拳師父，推廣詠春拳哲學及拳法，教學經驗豐富，善於心法理論與實踐，並積極參與社會公益服務。 |
