职责

Established in 1996, NTK Academic Group is a registered school and leading educational service provider in Hong Kong. We specialize in academic tuition for students following international and local curricula, standardized test preparation, and educational planning and consultation services. We are also a fast growing publisher with more than 40 study guides published. NTK has the largest full-time teaching faculty among learning centers in Hong Kong. We are also an official ACT test center and an Edexcel Academic Partner Center.

Job Responsibilities:

●        Answer professionally enquiries from parents, students and referring agencies

●        Provide seamless solutions and services to help students succeed in their education choices

●        Follow up with a defined student base to enhance continuous service and new education needs

●        Prepare reports related to student recruitments

●        Assist in ad hoc projects for the school

Essential Qualities

●        Degree or above with minimum working experience in the education field or learning centres

●        Sales experience preferred

●        Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)

●        Possess problem-solving skills and good listening skills to provide seamless and professional education solutions and services

●        Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

●        A good team player and good interpersonal skills 

●        Candidate will less experience will be consider as Education Services Officer
