Centre for University & School Partnership (CUSP) was established in 1998 to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the school sector and to promote all-round and quality education in Hong Kong.

In the past years, CUSP established partnership with over 1,500 primary and secondary schools, early childhood organizations and special education schools under the auspices of the Quality Education Fund (QEF), the Education Bureau, Sustainable Development Fund and different educational organizations. CUSP commits itself to support schools in implementing comprehensive development projects by means of healthy collaborative relationships and a self-refining mechanism, towards quality education. Since its inception, CUSP has launched different school development projects under the collaboration of school development officers, colleagues from Faculty of Education and Hong Kong Institute of Educational Research.
