This Masterclass will cover the ‘who’, ‘why’, ‘where’, ‘what’ and ‘how’ of outbound M&A transactions by Chinese corporations in recent two decades and the challenges faced by them. The objective of the Masterclass is to provide the attendees with an insider view of how these “走出去”(Going Out)” transactions come together from a legal practice perspective.
