CUEGU Indian Cooking & Cultural Experience Night
The Chinese University of Hong Kong Employees General Union (CUEGU) is pleased to invite you to join our upcoming Indian Cooking & Cultural Experience Workshop.
香港中文大學員工總會誠意邀請大家參加即將舉行的 「印度食物與文化體驗班」。
This workshop will be led by Lipika, who will demonstrate her family’s home-style recipes and guide participants to prepare two classic Indian dishes: Paratha (layered flatbread) and Raita (yogurt-based condiment). These dishes are commonly enjoyed in Indian households as breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.
是次活動由 Lipika 主講,與大家分享其家傳食譜,並示範如何製作印度家庭常見的 Paratha(層餅) 及 Raita(乳酪青瓜醬),兩款料理均為印度家庭早餐、早午餐或輕食晚餐的常見搭配。
The workshop is hands-on, beginner-friendly, and suitable for colleagues who enjoy cooking or exploring global cultures.
活動設有示範與實作,適合喜愛烹飪、對異國文化有興趣,或希望在週五晚上輕鬆一下的同事參加。
