HIST3505 Land Law and Custom in the New Territories

課程以《大清律例》、英國殖民地檔案、以及香港法庭的法官判詞作為基本參考材料，配以相關研究論著，探討清朝以來新界地區在土地擁有和繼承權方面的轉變。

學習目標：

1. 新界現行田土法規的由來
2. 新界鄉村社會在田土擁有和繼承方面的習俗

• 如果自訂題目，必須事先得到老師的批准，否則一律不及格。
• 評分標準：30分是文章組織，50分是分析。文字表達，務求簡易，要即使未受過歷史學訓練的高中生都能明白。
• 字數不限（字數多不等於高分），中英文繁簡皆可，正文font 12。

（4）不必注釋，須請相關證據（如案例，條例，但不接受課堂筆記）作為「附錄」放在篇末。

（5）不接納任何形式的AI寫成的文章。

（6） 繳交辦法：放上Veriguide，不收紙本或其它方式。

（7） filename format: 學號+中文名字.pdf （例如115500000+陳大文.pdf），如果無法做到pdf，word file也接受。違反規則將被扣分。

（8） 如果在veriguide交了超過一份的論文，請在最新的論文filename上加上“revised”。

The submission of a piece of work, or a part of a piece of work, for more than one purpose (e.g. to satisfy the requirements in two different courses) without declaration to this effect shall be regarded as having committed undeclared multiple submissions. It is common and acceptable to reuse a turn of phrase or a sentence or two from one’s own work; but wholesale reuse is problematic. In any case, agreement from the course teacher(s) concerned should be obtained prior to the submission of the piece of work.
