哈爾濱短期交流團

Destination	Harbin, China
Date	30 December 2025 – 5 January 2026
Fee	$2,500 (Personal expenses are not included) *Successful applicants who ultimately do not attend the exchange programme will be required to pay the full cost of trip (which is $8,000)
Eligibility	WS term students of all disciplines and years are eligible to apply. *Starting from 2026/27, Year 2 and Year 3 students will be given priority for short-term exchange trips

Highlights	Visit Harbin Engineering University (including the unique Shipbuilding Museum, National Demonstration Center for Experimental Underwater Acoustic Engineering Education, special seminar on A.I.) Observe the International Collegiate Snow Sculpture Contest organized by HEU Visit Saint Sophia Cathedral, Harbin Ice and Snow World, Harbin Ice and Snow Culture Museum Experience skiing and ice games in -20 degree environment
Requirements	Attend all the pre-departure workshops and meetings Attend all debriefing sessions and sharing sessions Submit reports and assignments as required

Final-year Undergraduate Students

All final Year Undergraduate Students who are shortlisted must seek their major Department’s pre-approval for extension of student period at CUHK by completing the “Application for Extension of Study Period” form. They CANNOT choose the 2nd term programmes.

成功申請者需要在交流團出發前參加會議。交流團結束後，需要提交個人和團體專案。
逾期申請將不予考慮。
成功的申請者將收到來自學院的電子郵件。收到郵件後，請及時提交交流團費用及相關文件。逾期繳交費用將不予考慮。
提交交流團費用後，申請人將被視為接受錄取通知。接受錄取後，將不可取消申請，且費用不予退還。
