WS 13th Graduation Ceremony

Lee Woo Sing College successfully held its 13th Graduation Ceremony on 6 November 2025 at The University Mall of CUHK. The Ceremony marked the successful conclusion of university life for approximately 350 College graduates.

During the certificate presentation on stage, over 200 attending graduates received this important proof of their life stage from the College Master.

Outstanding Performance by WS Athletes at CUHK Athletics Meet 2025

The WS Track and Field teams carried forward their momentum from last year’s CUHK Athletics Meet and WS Sports Day, delivering an exceptional performance once again. They achieved a record-breaking haul of 4 gold, 5 silver, and 7 bronze medals across men’s and women’s events. This remarkable achievement secured 2nd place in the men’s competition and 3rd overall in the college rankings.

The following new official records were made by WS athletes:

Men’s 800m: Yuki TAKAHASHI (2:03.59 – 1st)
Men’s 1500m: Yuki TAKAHASHI (4:13.87 – 2nd)
Men’s Javelin Throw: KWAN Yu Ching (54.99m – 1st)
Women’s 200m: LI Tsz To (25.69 – 1st)

WS Campus Joy Run

To promote a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise, the College organized the “WS Campus Joy Run” on 21 November. Over 90 students and teachers participated in the event, joining either the Elite Group (competing) or the Joy Group (completing) on a route from Sir Philip Haddon-Cave Sports Field to Lee Woo Sing College.

Top-ranked participants in the Elite Group received prizes and a sports fitting session sponsored by an international sportswear company.

Seminar Room 5 under Operation

To meet teaching needs, Seminar Room 5 (SB205) on the 2/F of Dorothy and Ti-hua KOO Building (South Block) is now reopened after five months of renovation, internet installation and audio-visual system testing. The Seminar Room 5 will serve as the main classroom for General Education classes. It is equipped with multiple interactive touch monitors and movable furniture.
