Request for Facilities Maintenance Services

Residents who found any defects in the bedrooms or communal areas should report it via WoosApp+ or fill in the “Request for Facilities Maintenance Services” form at the lobby counter. The College will arrange the inspections or the repairing services according to the level of urgency and the availability of the resources.
Please also noted that technicians or maintenance contractors will be escorted by staff members to visit floors or student bedrooms occasionally to perform the defect rectification work, unless the case reporter indicated the preferred timeslots.
