
Mr. TSE Kam Keung assumes the role of the 4th Chair of the Committee of Overseers at Lee Woo Sing College, CUHK, effective 1 August 2025, succeeding Dr. Harry LEE Nai Shee.
Mr. TSE is a seasoned business leader with over 40 years of expertise in e-commerce, finance and public service. He began his career at the Hong Kong Government, Barings, and Standard Chartered, before joining State Street rising up to Executive Vice President, and Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited as the Chief Executive Officer. He has made significant contributions to the financial services sector across the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. TSE is also an active contributor to strategy, policy and governance, with notable roles such as having chaired the expert panel of the inauguaral Open-ended Funds Launch for the China Securities Regulatory Commission as well as the Council Chair for Oxfam Hong Kong. Currently, he serves on the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee and the Board of Morgan Stanley Bank Asia Limited.
A passionate lifelong learner and dedicated educator, Mr. TSE is a distinguished alumnus of CUHK with deep ties to the University. He entered CUHK in 1977 to study Electronics and subsequently received the CW Chu Scholarship to study in the United States. He later returned to CUHK to earn an MBA (1985) and an MA in Buddhist Studies (2020), and was appointed an honorary adjunct professor in Finance at CUHK and CUHK (Shenzhen), contributing to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and mentorship. Since joining the Committee of Overseers of Lee Woo Sing College in March 2017, Mr. TSE has actively provided valuable insights on college branding, cultural development and campus sustainability.
