University Medical Service Office (UMSO) is committed to providing high-quality primary healthcare services to the University community. Through patient-centered approaches, we are dedicated to construct, consolidate and promote a healthy university for the members to learn, work and accomplish their goals in a safe campus. UMSO keeps all medical information strictly confidential. We will not disclose patient information to third parties without the consent of the party concerned.

Terms of Reference
Whereas the Director of University Medical Service shall have the day-to-day managerial responsibilities for the efficient and effective running of the University Medical Service Office (UMSO) and he shall report administratively to a Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the University Medical Service Committee is responsible for recommending to the University on the planning, development, and any policy matter of the UMSO.
The Committee may request and shall receive proposals and reports to be submitted by the Director of University Medical Service on the following matters and to make recommendation thereon:
(a) the development of programmes to meet specific needs;
(b) the operation and the service-delivery arrangements of the UMSO;
(c) the efficient deployment of financial resources allocated to the UMSO;
(d) the efficient deployment of human resources assigned to the UMSO; and
(e) any complaints filed against the UMSO.
