The CUHK Library has joined the global platform Google Arts & Culture to share our valuable art collections with the public. These collections bear witness to significant cultural and artistic traditions, possessing high artistic and research value. Through the online exhibitions in this platform, readers can explore the artworks by notable figures from the Qing dynasty to modern times, including Zhang Daqian, Chao Shao-an, Ding Yanyong, Huang Yongyu, Li King-hong, Deng Fen, Huang Zhou, Gao Xingjian, Jao Tsung-I, Yu Youren and Tai Jingnong; as well as various artworks like Nianhua (Chinese New Year pictures), calligraphy and other paintings. The public can also learn more about the stories behind the collections.
