Online Contact Directory
The Online Contact Directory had been made available for mutual access between designated CUHK and CUHK(SZ) staff groups since September 2023. This allows communication with higher convenience and collaboration among academic and administrative units and colleges across the two campuses.
Campus Access
To further enhance the convenience of mutual visits between the two campuses, CCCO has implemented a new initiative since July 2024. The issuance of campus cards and parking labels of the counterpart to designated CUHK and CUHK(SZ) staff groups aims to encourage and facilitate mutual visits and exchange, thereby strengthening the ties and collaboration between the two campuses.
Starting from 1 November 2024, CUHK faculty/staff and students will be able to access the CUHK(SZ) campus by presenting a valid CU Link and on-site registration of either a Hong Kong Identity Card, Passport, or Mainland Travel Permit.
This measure is limited to campus entry only and does not include other facilities with separate entry requirements, such as CUHK(SZ) University Library. Misuse of CU Link, including borrowed or unauthorised use, will result in denied entry.
