The Library is undertaking a number of improvement works and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes. The works are necessary to improve facilities and services in the Library. Please contact counter staff if you need any assistance or have any concerns with the improvement works being undertaken when you are in the Library. Please note that earplugs are available at the Library Service Counter.

University Library

Window Seepage Repair Work on the 4/F of the University Library
During the period, 4/F is still accessible to users. Please note that there will be noisy works.
Works period: 16-28 February 2025 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Drainage pipes replacement works at the carpark of the Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Building
During the period, the male toilet, female toilet and accessible toilet on the G/F of the Library Extension will be closed, users may make use of other toilets in the University Library. Please note that there will be noisy works.
Works period: 22-28 February 2025

Renovation Work for Staircase no. 1 of the Tin Ka Ping Building
During the period, there will be noisy work near the lift lobby.
Works period: 2 January – 9 March 2025 (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
