Course Description
本科於必修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生對體能鍛鍊基本概念之認識,並作為其終生體力活動項目。本科之內容包括:體適能基本概念、運動安全知識、運用健身室設備之基本技術、運動處方之基本原則、體適能測試之基本知識及技巧、選擇適合自己運動模式及設計體適能計劃之基本知識、培養參與終身體力活動的正面態度和價值觀等。

- 說明健康體適能的意義及功效
 - 熱身運動介紹及身體各主要肌群伸展之介紹及練習
 - 有氧運動介紹及鍛鍊方法
 - 緩步跑及緩和運動之介紹和練習
 - 健身室安全使用守則之介紹
 - 健身室器械之介紹和實習
 - 解釋身體肥瘦組合及體重控制的概念
 - 間歇訓練、高強度間歇訓練及循環訓練原理之介紹及實習
 - 介紹心肺耐力及肌肉適能的運動處方
 - 運動創傷預防及處理、恢復方法
 - 競技運動體適能介紹和練習
 - 「終生運動」概念的介紹及個人運動處方的安排和實踐
