Final-year Undergraduate Students

All final Year Undergraduate Students who are shortlisted must seek their major Department’s pre-approval for extension of student period at CUHK by completing the “Application for Extension of Study Period” form. They CANNOT choose the 2nd term programmes.

成功申请者需要在交流团出发前参加会议。交流团结束后，需要提交个人和团体专案。

成功的申请者将收到来自学院的电子邮件。收到邮件后，请及时提交交流团费用及相关文件。逾期缴交费用将不予考虑。
提交交流团费用后，申请人将被视为接受录取通知。接受录取后，将不可取消申请，且费用不予退还。
