Students are required to complete a minimum of 33 units of courses (3 units per course). Most courses have 13 classes per term and 1 class per week (around 3 hours).

According to the University Regulations, all Full-time students are NOT allowed to take up any full-time employment, paid or unpaid, during term time.
Classes are usually scheduled in weekday daytime/evening. There may also be classes scheduled on Saturday. The course schedule is subject to the arrangement of the course offering units each year.
Yes. You should explore if there are any potential faculty members in your desired field and contact them with an expression of interest before submitting your application. However, it is fine if you cannot secure a supervisor at the application stage.
