Users without proper licenses are able to see the Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365) app button within Microsoft Teams

User Impact	The issue only affects users without proper Co-pilot licenses that are using Microsoft Teams.
Incident Details	Current status: Microsoft (MS) has confirmed that the fix is deploying as expected, and based on current progress, MS anticipates that it will complete during the week of November 4, 2024. MS will continue to monitor the progress and will aim to provide a more precise completion date once available. Next update by: Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 6:00 AM
