钱海燕博士现为香港中文大学教育学院教育行政及政策学系副教授,她曾经在复旦大学和香港教育大学任教,并担任香港教育大学刘銮雄慈善基金亚太领导与变革研究中心(APCLC)总监以及教育政策与领导学系副系主任。她的研究领域是教育领导力, 学校改进与变革以及教师学习。她曾获得过香港中文大学研究生学术成果奖(2008/09),香港大学教育资助委员会颁发的香港杰出青年学者奖(2014/15),香港教育大学校长研究奖(2015/16)以及校长教学奖(2016/17)。她的多篇论文在教育领导与政策领域知名期刊发表,如Journal of Education Policy, Educational Management, Administration & Leadership, Journal of Educational Administration 等。她也是Educational Management, Administration & Leadership, Journal of Educational Administration 以及Educational Assessment, Evaluation and Accountability期刊的编委会成员,并担任ECNU Review of Education的副主编。
