*For students applying for Cantonese or Putonghua courses ONLY
- Fill in the online Language Background Form
- A completion receipt (a PDF file) will be sent to your registered email address after successful submission
- Take note of the Language Background Form number printed on the completion receipt
- Enter the Language Background Form number in your ISS online application form

Completed form with endorsement from concerned departments/offices
*For students in their final term, or under suspension of study due to reasons other than participating in exchange programmes or internship ONLY
Download the below Application Form for Enrolling Summer Session
- Final Term
- Suspension of Study
- Seek approval from the Major Department/Programme
- Upload the scanned copy of the form to application system, then submit in person to the Registration and Examinations Section (RES)
