The use of 2-factor authentication (2FA) will be compulsory for EVERY login of CUHK eLearning systems (such as Blackboard, VeriGuide, KEEP), as governed by the Policy “Enabling 2FA on all Application Authentication”.  

Please visit https://duo.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk  and follow the provided User Guide to register for 2FA. For enquiries or assistance, please contact ITSC Support. 

The eLearning systems have adopted single sign-on technology. After you verify your identity once, you can securely access other eLearning systems without having to enter login credentials and 2FA again.
