United College Staff Association held a Farewell Lunch on 22 July 2021 at the Hyatt Regency, Sha Tin, Hong Kong, in honour of Professor Huang Yu, School of Biomedical Sciences, Professor Gabriel N C Lau, Department of Geography and Resource Management, Professor Leung Kwong-sak, Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Professor Wong Chi-sum, Department of Management, upon their retirement.

At the lunch, Professor Jimmy C M Yu, College Head, and Professor Peter C K Cheung, Chairman of College Staff Association, presented souvenirs to the retiring staff.  They shared their fond memories over the years at the University and the College.
