Recommendation letters can be delivered by other forms, but they have to be written by referees, with their signatures on the seals. Applicants can send the sealed recommendation letters to us together with other materials. Please note that if your referees have submitted the recommendation letters via our online system, you do not need to send them again to us by mail.
We do not have specific requirements on the referees. We suggest you invite referees who have sufficient knowledge of your academic abilities.
We don’t have specific requirements for the research proposal. We suggest that you identify a research topic of interest to you and come up with a proposal about how to approach doing research on the topic. Your research proposal need to show your research interests and your capabilities of doing research.
