Important Notes for College Assemblies (GEUC1000) in Term 2 of 2023-24

1. Attendance Requirement

• For Term 2 of 2023-24, students in the class are required to attend 3 College Assemblies in Person or Live Stream (Live Stream means you must watch at the designated time and classroom provided by the College).

2. Release of College Assemblies Schedule for Term 2 of 2023-24

• Details will be released at noon on 10 January 2024 (Wed) on College Website.

3. E-Ticket Registration for All College Assemblies

• Online registration starts from 11:30 am on 12 January 2024 (Fri).
• Registration website: http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ras
  *Please use the University email account to register e-tickets online
• All e-tickets are on first come, first served basis.
• After registration, in case students would like to change to another session, please return your registered e-ticket on the registration website 3 working days prior to that session. After the return, students can register for new e-ticket among those assemblies with tickets remained.
