Several family flats (one bedroom or two bedrooms), two male single rooms and one female single room at the Friendship Lodge are now open for application from all full-time colleagues affiliated with New Asia College.  Current tenants may apply for lease renewal.  Applicants of family flat should be married full-time staff, while all applicants and/or their spouses must not be entitled to housing benefits from the University or their respective employer.  Applications will be assessed by the College’s Standing Committee mainly based on the applicants’ operational needs and their contributions to the College.
