The College now recruits students to provide assistance for the College in administrative work and events, in a bid to enable them to gain working experience and to strengthen their sense of belonging to the College. With the objective to promote arts and cultures, the Hui Gallery is established for launching a wide range of exhibitions. Faculties, staff and students of the University can now apply for holding exhibitions at the Hui Gallery in the academic year of 2022/2023. Applicants shall submit completed online application form and relevant documents in person to the Dean of Students’ Office of New Asia College on or before 16 June 2023, 5:00 p.m.. Late submission will NOT be accepted.

To encourage students to organize or participate in various activities to widen their exposure and enrich their knowledge, the College established this fund to subsidize individuals or student bodies to gain experience in organizing and taking part in an array of activities.

The application for summer residence 2023 will be held from April 18 to May 1, 2023. Students should read through the Important Notes for Summer Hostel 2023 before submitting online application to the College no later than May 1, 2023. No late application will be accepted.

Several family flats (one bedroom or two bedrooms), two male single rooms and one female single room at the Friendship Lodge are now open for application from all full-time colleagues affiliated with New Asia College.
