Payment due date of tuition and hostel fees for the 2nd term of 2023/24 is 31 January 2024. If you wish to defer your payment due date because of financial difficulties or other special reasons, please fill-in the below application form and upload the copies of the below listed documents:

1. Printed copy of Student Fees Debit Note#

2. Proofs / correspondence of government financial assistance scheme(s) applied (if applicable)

3. Financial documents of all household members (e.g., bank statement / passbook showing holder’s name and last 6 months balance)

# To view or print your Debit Note, please go to http://portal.cuhk.edu.hk, click “CUSIS” and “MyStudy” tab at the top and then click “Print Online Debit Note” on the left menu bar.

Application Deadline: 26 January 2024

A fine of HK$200 will be incurred for late payments without advance approval of deferral from the Dean of Students’ Office.
