College Activity
The first-ever New Asia College Chinese Cultural Summer Camp was successfully held from 18 to 20 July this year, with the participation of 25 outstanding local secondary schools. 48 junior secondary students visited the CUHK campus to learn about the College and Chinese culture.
Column “Farm Road Memories”
Prof. Chan Che-shing (62/Chinese Literature) reminisced about his memories of Prof. Kwong Kin-hung (62/Chinese), and talked about his writings and translations, expressing his sincere appreciation and admiration for Prof. Kwong.
Column “Heterogeneity in a Single Theme”
The theme of this issue is “Rainstorm” and is written by two alumni Ms. Cheung Ying Jasmine (17/Chinese Medicine) and Ms. Wong Yuk-shan (18/Fine Arts). Jasmine recorded the time spent with her four cats at home on a rainy night during Typhoon Saola, while Yuk-shan depicted a dream about a tempest where the power of nature and the destruction it brought were astonishing.

Mr. Tsui Chi-yu (70/ Fine Arts) was invited by RTHK Radio 2’s programme “Bookview” to introduce the book “The Later Life of Ting Yin-yung” to the audience on 20 and 27 May this year, and recall the life and artistic status of Master Ting.
