Investigators: Professor Sek-ying Chair, Professor Winnie So and Professor Helen Chan
21 Feb 2020
Our School partnered with the Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council to conduct this study, which has revealed that about 30 percent of the home-dwelling Chinese older adults surveyed are malnourished or at risk of malnutrition. The study urges the need to adopt multiple measures to upgrade meal provision services for the aged in our society and to enhance their safety on meal preparation, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
