Prof. Chan Sin-wai is professor and chairman of the Department of Translation. Concurrently the director of the Centre for Translation Technology and director of the MA Programme in Computer-aided Translation, he also serves as the chief editor of the Journal of Translation Studies and editor of the Journal of Translation Technology, both published by the department. Professor Chan's research interests are translation studies, translation technology, and bilingual lexicography.
