Late Course Add/Drop

(Students MUST read the information prior to submitting online application.)

(For Late Drop, please follow University’s announcement on Late Drop option and submit it on CUSIS, if applicable.)

(A student shall take at least 9 units and no more than 18 units of courses in any term within the normative study period, unless s/he is on first or extended academic probation, or with special approval from the Registrar.)

(If students have genuine difficulty in submitting the application online, hardcopy application form may be provided on request.)
