Introduction
CUHK-ORT Sports Injury Research Lab is based in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Our research focuses on injury prevention, risk assessment, rehabilitation and return-to-play of sports injury, particular in knee ACL injury, tendinopathy, cartilage injury, foot and ankle injury. Our lab is mainly for motion analysis, muscle strength assessments ultrasound shear wave elastography, and muscle training.
We also devote to community-based research, such as the effectiveness and adherence of exercise programs for injury prevention and health promotion.
