The CUHK Jockey Club Institute of Ageing held a public event on End-of-Life Care education on 19 June 2017 at CUHK with enthusiastic response. Dr. Vincent Tse, Ex-Chairman of Society for Life and Death Education gave a talk to 180 participants on how patients and family members initiate communication with healthcare professionals. Over 150 participants joined the three interactive workshops (Micro Movie and Talk on Advance Care Planning, EOL care planning handbook making, and Horticulture with Life and Death education) held subsequently.
