JCECC Capacity Building and Education Programmes on End-of-Life Care
The capacity building programme is geared towards healthcare professionals and mainly consists of training activities aiming to raise their capacity in providing end-of-life care and facilitating the communication process of Advance Care Planning. The primary target beneficiaries are doctors either from public hospitals or in private practice, nurses from public hospitals, and allied health professionals from various community centres and residential care homes.
