Li Ka Shing Translational Omics Platform (LKSTOP) at the Li Ka Shing Institute of Health Sciences (LiHS)

The Li Ka Shing Translational Omics Platform (LKSTOP) at the Institute aims to build a State-of-the-Art, multi-omics platform specializing in cutting-edge genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. The platform enhances the core facilities of LiHS with a series of best-in-class research facilities, including the following:

Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Eclipse Tribrid mass spectrometer, coupled with Vanquish UHPLC and Easy-nLC systems
Thermo Scientific TSQ Altis Triple Quadrupole quantitative mass spectrometer, coupled with Vanquish UHPLC
Bruker MALDI Biotyper Sirius & IR Biotyper
Beckman Coulter CytoFlex LX flow cytometry
Emulate organ-on-chip system with Orb Hub and Zoë Culture Modules
Azure Biosystems Azure c600 Imager
