To transfect any DNA vectors, expression plasmids or shRNA vectors into difficult-to-transfect cell lines and primary cells.
Amaxa Nucleofector
The Nucleofector technology features two unique components: 1) the Nucleofector Device that delivers the specifically optimised electrical parameters through a series of preset programs; 2) the Nucleofector kits that contain specially developed reagents.
The instrument can be used for transfection of any DNA vectors, expression plasmids or shRNA vectors into difficult-to-transfect cell lines and primary cells.
Registered users are welcome to loan the machine and use within the LiHS Building free of charge.
