Aim to evaluate and triage patients with postmenopausal bleeding in a one-stop visit at outpatient clinic. Clinical tests to evaluate the endometrium include to endometrial thickness measurement by transvaginal ultrasound scanning, endometrial biopsy or sampling, saline infusion sonography, and hysteroscopy. Transvaginal ultrasound scanning with endometrial thickness or sampling has been recommended as the first-line investigation.
