Strategic Collaborations

Establish strategic partnership between the University and institutions in the Mainland and Taiwan, especially to develop collaboration projects with strategic partners

Experiential Learning

i) Organize student interflow programmes including study programmes, cultural explosures, service learning experience and academic competitions to provide CUHK students with different experience to acquire knowledge from the motherland and to have close interaction with Mainland and Taiwan students.

ii) Develop collaborative academic programme offerings with partner institutions to provide high quality education.

Academic and Faculty Exchange

i) Manage various staff mobility schemes and visitor programmes to facilitate and encourage the university community to engage in various academic exchange initiatives.

ii) Organize a wide variety of academic exchange and executive exchange activities.

iii) Receive incoming visits and arrange outgoing trips to build up and maintain linkages with the Mainland and Taiwan institutions.

Partnership Development

Link up the University, the academic and administrative units with institutions in the Mainland and Taiwan partners so as to develop partnership and linkages; execute policies formulated by the Committee on Academic Links.

Information Flow

Provide latest information on academic collaborations to the Mainland and the cross the Strait, and foster exchanges with higher education in the regions
