Anti-discrimination Resource Persons
Anti-discrimination Resource Persons of each College/Hall/Office are to:
1. | serve as the first point of contact to address concerns about discrimination and harassment; |
2. | provide information about the relevant policy and the complaint procedures; |
3. | inform about available options; |
4. | provide information and advice about where to get help, e.g. counselling; and |
5. | refer the case to the Panel Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment for follow-up, as appropriate. |
List of Anti-discrimination Resource Persons
The Anti-discrimination Resource Persons of each College and Postgraduate Hall provide advice for their students and staff on how to handle or refer cases of discrimination and harassment.
Role of Anti-discrimination Resource Person
a) | To serve as the first point of contact in a College/ Postgraduate Hall to address concerns about discrimination and harassment; |
b) | To provide information about the policy and the complaint procedures; |
c) | To inform about available options; |
d) | To provide information and advice about where to get more help, e.g. counselling; and |
e) | To refer the case to the Panel Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment (PADSH) for follow-up, if necessary. |
